The order of crowning has always denoted how they placed- Miss GClev being the top title, NOH, Spirit of Ohio, then the last title Charmea added, Miss Lake Erie. He didn't want Jaelean awarded with the top title, bc then it would be hard to explain how she was not in T5 at Miss Ohio. Can't have a former Miss Volunteer winning Miss Ohio!
