I don't see Madison making the cut, but she makes a nice Miss Ohio.

I do see Paisley making the cut, and finals. She's got what it takes to be crowned and I think her look is Robin's type.

Whoever wins this year is the prototype of Robin's pageant. Wondering what she wants in a MA. Wasn't brainiac Grace!

[> Subject: After watching preliminaries tonight, couldn’t be more proud to say Paisley is our Teen. She’s looking strong for top 10. Wouldn’t hurt to throw some people’s choice voting her way for insurance. Keep up the great work Paisley!

[> Subject: Paisley was an absolute stunner and should have won. She should be so proud of herself! Madison was an absolute embarrassment, even though I agree that she’s a good Miss Ohio. She looks like she was styled by someone who has never been to a pageant in their life and they’re over 70. Her gown was nothing special. It looks like every other dress she’s ever worn. And in all the photos of her from this week she was styled poorly. She should’ve asked for input from Beta, who did much better in every way and also a great Miss Ohio. Lastly, doing the 0HIO showed no class on finals tonight. Steven, you got your girl that wouldn’t make any waves and I hope you’re happy with that. You should’ve sent via this year and now you’ve lost her. you don’t have one solid girl competing anymore that would even place in the top half at Miss America. Hopefully Paisley ages up quickly.

[> [> Subject: Madison's choice of opening number cocktail dress couldn't have been worse. Wrong color, not the right cut for her, and fit horribly... poor girl doesn't have an ounce of fashion sense, but that's what stylists are for. Unfortunately, Ohio still uses a 60yo woman from a small town to dress her, and it shows.

[> Subject: Paisley is a beautiful, genuine person - my daughter and I nearly cried when she gave her answer to the Final 5 question. I truly hope she continues to compete at Miss as she will elevate the level of competition in our state and keep Ohio as a state that brings serious competitors to Miss America and Miss America’s Teen. I love what Robin is doing to bring Miss America back and I hope our state delegation that was in attendance makes the needed changes to keep up the success that Paisley had this week. Way to go, Paisley! Ohio loves you and is so proud! You are a very special young woman!

[> Subject: I was bummed that Madison was still wearing those same ugly shoes with everything. And all the green. But why Via? Emily Leganza was 1RU- she might have done better. Also- using the people’s choice to get into the ten could be a good play. They wiped the scores and there were no pianists…

[> Subject: I thought Madison was outstanding in the OSQ phase of competition, as well as talent. Truthfully, it was hard to predict what really would ‘go’ this year. Believe it was far less a function of what she ‘didn’t do’, as there were MANY I was shocked to see not make T11 (GA, AL, OK, just to make a few), and more a function of an entirely new vision for Miss America.

[> [> [> Subject: Someone finally said it! She got rewarded for her lack of actions. IYKYK! Via should’ve gotten that same reward but she was so dreadful to deal with for years on end that SO doesn't want her as his puppet. Also we all know coaches have a lot to do with it because the MM girls have not been getting rewarded. VKM is still queen bee!

[> Subject: Madison did a fine job representing Ohio! She's a lovely girl who made an excellent showing amongst a sea of talented, accomplished young women, such as she is. Madison strikes me as a touch too humble for Robin's new direction, and I mean that as a true compliment to her character. She's a genuine 'doing it to improve herself and the world' solid titleholder that did our state proud. Well done, Madison!
