Everyone understands the standard in Ohio has always been to call the RsU- the 6th place finisher is 2RU, 5th place 1RU, then the first title awarded goes to the 4th place finisher & so forth, to the top title- GC. That was until last year when SO intervened and changed up the order.
Steven won't allow a T10 MAO contestant who went and won Miss Volunteer Ohio to win Miss Ohio. Too petty. Too insecure.
Since any girl in T5 can win, she can't be allowed to advance beyond semis. It would be suspect for Jayleen to come off a big win at Cleveland and 2 months later not placing T5, so lil Stevie changed the titles & the public's perception of who won that day, placing Jayleen last.

Kalli was the most entertaining tapper, and I really loved Emalee’s Flight of the Bumblebee tap. Jasmine,Piper and Faith are the theater kids of the group. Can’t wait to see who places.

Also, very odd that they handed out the Miss prelim awards, and then the girls had to wait while they fooled around at the auditor's table for the results of 1RU & titles. I have NEVER once seen the results come in two batches in an MAO pageant or otherwise. Very odd.
