Steven has been picking the winner for years. There is absolutely nothing that has indicated that has changed. Emily thinks that because she was first runner up last year that she has it in the bag. Maybe she does because that’s what Steven wants. Steven also doesn’t want anyone that could actually win Miss America because that’s expensive for the state. I just wish he’d send someone that at least would do really well like Elizabetta did as opposed to another Madison. Madison is a lovely girl, but never stood a chance at even making top 10 at Miss America. -- Miss Ohio Chat
