Clayland still preps their girl as well- they only have one titleholder- and they offer a larger scholarship, I believe. Charmea who runs Miss Greater Cleveland will end up sending 5-7 girls to Miss Ohio. She's already crowned 3 this weekend and if she holds Greater Cleveland in March, will probably crown 2-4 more girls. One Local Director can't prep all those girls.
