Subject: The “festival” you are referring to is an actual Miss Ohio local. They have been for years. Miss Lake Festival has been a prelim for Miss Ohio for as long as I can remember. It’s not a festival that then buys into Miss Ohio. It’s closed though, so not everyone can compete.
