Yep - I've emailed support@micromac.com, though when I did that a few weeks ago, heard nothing back.
A message on a usenet group from 1999 seemed to imply that only the PDS cards were then available.
Apart from the 'shape' issue there's also the speed one.
I'm subscribing to Quadlist to ask if any folk there have any experience/knowledge of these slot-less cards.
