I had a problem with my first analog board mod myself. I did the 13" mod, not the VGA mod and I wired the sense line at the IDC cable. It worked fine until I hooked up the push button board. Unfortunately, the cable is not keyed and I plugged it in backwards. I ended up with a damaged analog board that would not display properly, even with the PB board dissconected. Since this board controls sound volume and brightness on the analog board, it could be the couse of your problems. I hope this is not the case and that your Analog board isn't damaged!

Best of luck,

Jeff H.
