Wow, a water heater powered by coal seems really interesting, like something you would only get in an old historic house, even if it was probably antiquated these days.

I guess the kids friends aren't really phased by the changing table, I probably would be the annoying friend who couldn't stop asking questions if I were in their position, lol. That probably gives the kids more reason not to deny it's for all of them, along with your rules about being honest of course.

What made you decide to start with diaper discipline? Diapers to bed is an intriguing concept. Sounds more like an ongoing way to wind down for the night instead of for specific misbehavior. Does the stepson only wear diapers during weeks he's with you?
