I agree, that is a wide spread at that ET level. How about this: 9.99 and quicker(Top Gun), 10.00 - 10.99(Super Street Outlaw), 11.00 - 11.99(Super Street), 12.00 - 13.49(Street Stock), 13.50 - 14.99(Real Street), 15.00 - slower(Pure Street). Run whatever you brung and get placed in a class.
