if it is the same one that I am familiar with, it is a cop killer in Philly, that is the only one I know about, and there is NO doubt he is guilty. He was a taxi driver, when a Philly cop stopped his brother for going the wrong way on a one way street, he got mad stopped and approached them, his brother told him no big deal its just a traffic ticket and he will be on his way, but he got mad accused the cop of racism and ect, the Philly cop told him good bye get outta here before I arrest you for interference, he went back to his car, got a pistol, approached the cop, shot him twice in the chest, in front of his brother and some other witnesses who ALL testified against him, got the cop on his knees and shot him execution style, before the cop died, he shot the shooter twice, all the bullets that shot the cop matched the shooters gun, the two shots where the shooter were hit matched the cops gun, his own brother testified against him as well as several other people who who saw it testified against him, yet he still claims he was framed and is innocent, when they pull the plug on this guy still won't be soon enough, and it's sad people are dumb enough to actually beleive him, but he's out of appeals so his time is short, he tried to speak at a college graduation via satellite feed in Washington, but the students refused to attend if he was allowed to speak so at least a few people see him for what he really is, it's a shame Philly didn't ride 2 man cars then and this case would've been solved on the spot rather than a trial.
