Krycek and Marita. They could have had a "War of the Roses" sort of relationship that could have been fun and interesting to watch. She could hide his prosthetic arm to make him behave.

I don't think a Mulder and Krycek one would work. First of all Mulder usually beat the tar out of him and secondly, I don't want him putting nano-thingies into Mulder. More fun to watch Marita and Krycek.
