Subject: Okay, I'll ask it here!

I posted this question about two weeks ago over at the "Dana Scully" board, but apparently no one goes there much any more, because nobody ever replied. It's something I'm honestly curious about, so I'll post it here, as this board seems to get a little more traffic:
In one of the early seasons, Mulder made the remark that one of the good things about hunting down monsters and mutants was that he and Scully "rarely" had to spend a day in court, testifying as to the results of their investigations at a trial. Yet Mulder did have to do this on at least two occasions that I recall (I believe the eps were "Pusher" and "Tooms").
Did we *ever* see Scully in a courtroom, testifying as to the results of one of the numerous autopsies she performed during her years on the X-Files?? I'm not talking about a hearing in front of FBI honchos -- she certainly presented her findings frequently enough in those kinds of inquiries -- but an actual trial, in a courtroom with a judge.
