Subject: Who's bed??

I didn't watch any of the season nine eps other than the series finale, but apparently there was a line in one of them about Scully "inviting Mulder into your bed one lonely night". However, in "all things" (which is when most of us assume the MSR was consummated) they seemed to be in Mulder's apartment. So when were they in Scully's bed??
