"I don't know why we came here today, we already got kandes Birthday gifts last week remember Mayor?" CW recalls.

"I know, I just know that KS is up to something and all the better to figure it out if she thinks we arn't on to her" the Mayor replies.

"OF course Mayor, you are so smart" the crowd nods in agreement. "ooohhhh look, a sale on pocket protectors, and the dull grey color is so much like the color of the ankle socks that kande wanted for her birthday" CW smiles, "Should we spoil her and get them?"

"We should" the mayor agree's. "She didn't ask for much this year, so lets make sure she gets a little extra to show her how much we care. Although I am a little concerned on what she wanted the oversized clown shoes for. They won't help much on the basketball court now will they?"

A high pitched beeping is heard and the mayor pulls out her secret Noromo reciever and listens carefully. "mmmmm oh good, seems kande escaped the folding benches in the gym. WOuldn't do to have the birthday girl with creases now would it?"

As they pass the Noromo Bar and Grill, they hear a lot of loud laughter and boastous bragging, ".......lets try a show with desperate women sneaking aboard a navy vessel looking for husbands."

"How about desperate women having to chose between three men, one a garbage collector, one a used car salesman and one a multimillionare, but the bride won't know which one she married till AFTER the wedding night"

"Oh yes....that should bring in the viewers"

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Outside the Shippervillians overhear the talk and the Mayor begins to anger. "THATS IT.....we must do something about those damn FOX Network Execs"

"HEY, I got it!" CW exclaims.
