Subject: The MSR and the finale.

HI, I'm just wondering. When you all watched the finale, was there anything to discuss as far as the MRS went? NOt that I'm looking but there doesn't seem to be any posts about this subject on this board, except for Islandgirl's little rant, which i have NOT read, by the way.

I watched Per Manum today and part one of Dead Alive. I haven't watched an XF ep for ages. But once again it struck me how amazingly unique the development of these two characters and their relationship is and was. Per Manum....her asking him to father her baby. There had to have been "something" and something mutual between them at that stage. At least they had to have been in unconcious agreeance that there were no other people in their lives or likely to be anyone else. Dead Alive ofcourse reinforced Scully's feelings etc for Mulder. But I still marvel at how the MSR developed and turned out. What I am trying to say is was there anything left worth discussing regarding the state of the MSR by the finale or was it so obvious and finally NORMAL, that there was no point? Just curious. I guess I am getting itchy waiting to see it for myself.
One thing I did like in Per Manum is when Dogsbreath gets the realisation that Mulder is the father of Scully's baby. I like that look on his face.
Oh well, as I said I'm getting itchy and a bout of shipperitis came over me this morning and I had to watch PM. I can't find part two of Dead Alive. It is driving me crazy. I will go now and look for it.
