Rabid whispers to KM. "I mean, I liked that last pilot. I thought the execs were asking us for our opinions."

"They want our opinions but then will choose the exact opposite of everything we like," KM whispers back. "Our only chance for a decent season is to bamboozle them."

"I don't get it," Rabid is scratching her head. "They did produce the X-files."

"Exactly my point," KM nods her head vigorously and then shakes it just as vigorously as she notes an Exec watching her every move. "We managed to get the files in years ago with the old execs. But these new people...look how young they are!"

Rabid looks. One exec sucks her thumb as she writes in her notebook. Another one is absentmindedly twirling her rattle. Kande is loudly informing another that he is going to get on the potty if Kande herself has to carry him in there. "I am NOT your mother!" she is heard to chide him as she grabs him by the scruff of the neck and hauls him off. He has his knees tightly pressed together and a look of horror on his face.

"They do seem a tad young," Rabid admits as she maneuvours herself out of Kande's way.

"Young!" CW plops herself down next to Rabid and KM and fans her face with a TV guide. "I've got houseplants older than they are."

KS sidles next to the group. "I like all this shoot-em-up stuff," she tells them as she tosses popcorn in the air and catches the kernels on the tip of her switchblade. "Now if the Alaskan brides would just turn on the bachelors and have a massacre and make the survivors into their slaves and cut off the tips of their ears if they don't do exactly as they say and then..." she realizes the group is looking at her in horror. "Whut? Are you trying to tell me you wouldn't watch that?"
