What a surprise.

This season has been great, Scully, who I have always considered to be the main charactor of the show, has let the growth she has experienced over the last 8 years show. She was the one who changed the most, she was the one who was on the personal quest of discovery, not fueled by need, but by want. And she was the one who saved the show.

As I recall, the first episode followed SCULLY to the AD office to be told her new assignment, and it was her story being told through HER eyes. Not Mulders.

As for the truth, we have been let in on some of it, and it keeps getting bigger. It would have to be to keep the show going at all.

(kenamom puts on her flame retardant undies and prepares for attack) Furthermore, the only thing that didn't grow quick enough, was Mulders charactor to keep up with DD's over inflated ego.

Yes, the axe did fall. Melissa and I are in a minority of people who wanted to see more of the show. But that doesn't make anyone correct. If you feel justified in your refusal to watch then so be it. Just keep in mind, as we say in politics, just because the majority says it's right, doesn't make it right.
