I agree with you about "Per Manum", it makes a lot of sense now that I think of it. She so needed him that night, after her world just shattered.
During season 7 I always thought their first time was not in "all things", but ealier, probably after "Millennium". Now the events of "Per Manum" make it even more clear to me.
I do however tend to believe that Willian was concieved in "all things". I have my own theory with evidence but that's for some other time ;-)
