((*Back?* Since when did Riorth get nominated in the front? Sorry if I seem a little snappish, but I'm trying to get another flight going elsewhere, and it's making me edgy, so I'm noticing more than usual. Just, in the future, whoever plays N'deau, don't assume you're in front unless the female specifically states that you are in front. Or another player implies, it really doesn't matter. But the second case won't happen often.))

Maria was only slightly aware of the skepticism of the brown rider at seeing her. Well, let him be skeptical! Her Myth was obviously the better dragon, so let him be arrogant!
The part of her that registered the shock was the only part of her that she still controlled- the rest was given over to her beloved Myth. As one, they beat their wings, carrying them higher up and further out. Their tail acted as a rudder, steering them for success. Their eyes were fixated on the silver-green/white-silver female. To say that it did not matter to them what Loveth looked like was much as to say that air was not vital, or that dragonmen did not fly when Thread was in the sky! The sight of her luminous body stirred them, and beat them to faster and faster speeds. But they would not catch her yet, oh no. Just as greens tended to like them, Myth-Maria would play this flight out. No short flights for Loveth!

Maria's eyes still reflected a light that somehow encompassed both her soul and her dragon's emotions. Still in rapture, her heartbeat pounded. Her breathing seemed enormously loud, yet all of her concious attention was focused on the sky, where she and Myth were flying, merged as one, in a competition for Loveth.

Maria-Myth did not take much more notice of Raskith or Riorth than to recognize their colours. No matter that browns were typically srtonger in stamina- combined they were enough to take on the largest bronze!

((Typical flight thoughts from Maria(when it's not spent petrified!), so don't take anything personally. And, yes, she/we always does/do have to merge with Myth as she/we progress in the flight.))
