Subject: Mid-America is the AFC North of Irish Dance. Challenging region to win in.

The US has great dancers everywhere but to me, the Mid-Am region is the best of all US regions in terms of competition, tradition and skill. You have to be REALLLY good to nail victories here (at Os and the various feisanna), from the little ones all the way up to senior ladies and masters dancers, etc.

I'd love to see a percentage breakdown of how many MAO dancers make NANS, Worlds, etc. relative to other US divisions (Southern, Mid-Atlantic, New England, etc.).

In NFL terms the toughest division is the AFC North/former AFC Central. Even the crappiest team, the Browns, gives teams fights...and sometimes even the Browns are good (2020 and 2023).
