He rubbed a hand over his eyes when he heard her at the door, shaken from the sleepy trance like state he was working in. "Yeah babe, it's open." He set aside what he was working on and waited for her to come into the room. He mostly wanted to go to bed, and figured he would be able to get up in the morning early and finish up, but now that he had everything laid out he might as well finish. "How was the baby?"
