Author: Ais
Subject: She watched him interact with Duke for a minute or two, the large goofy dog sucking up the attention greedily - he had loved Andre from day one, even when Ais herself hadn't been so sure. She laughed a little bit, having a pull from the bottle she'd opened for herself and leaning back against the counter. "You know what I love? That you love my dog. It's like.. he's part of the package, and he's too big to be ignored." She smiled a bit, recognizing that maybe she was being a little bit hypocritical in the fact that she hadn't entirely embraced his child yet.
In reply to: Aislinn 's message, "She said I don't know if I've ever been good enough - I'm a little bit rusty - and I think my head is caving in... and I don't know if I've ever been really loved by a hand that's touched me.." on 06:01:17 01/26/07 Fri

A baby took a lot more getting used to than a dog he knew... but it did worry him sometimes that she didn't acknowledge Aaron much... he figured she just needed time though.
