wait, i'm confused here, i thought the auction that was going to be held at the event and any online auction we might have would be two different things. i think if we try to join them together its going to get confusing if we tell people at the event and people on ebay that theyre bidding against each other.

also i thought we wanted the auction during the event to end at the end of the event so that any high bidders still in attendance could pay and pick up those items if they wanted to do so at the time. if people see that these are also on ebay i dont think theyre going to be as encouraged to bid at the event and then they'll think that they can go to ebay and bid, but then they might forget. i think it would be better if we keep the two auctions seperate, and at the event also promote any online auctions we might have by having those items there.

i dont think we should post anything on ebay just for a notice of advertisment because ebay's not free and i think if we're going to post something on ebay it should be because it should be an ebay auction.

and as for online auctions, i think it might be better to have 5 day auctions actually... post them up 2 days before the event (wednesday the 22nd), and they would end 3 days after the event (monday the 26th).

my 2 cents that i think are very good cents,
Jason
