You are not kidding. She looked good in That Vision Thing, but she looks so wasted and exhausted in Quickening. I wonder what is making her look that way? I wonder if she looks this tired in Offspring.

I know. Even I realise that last year, Angel did not focus on Darla as Darla. He focused on himself and what Darla meant for his redemption. This year, I hope he at least sees Darla for Darla. He does not have to romance her again, but it would be nice to have some friendship between the two or at least some amicable relations.

Yep, I'm wondering how the writers are going to change the tune. Will they reverse what happened in the Trial and Reunion? Darla being given a true second chance and her having the chance to really fulfill it. If there was one thing that I was pissed off at the writers for the darla storyline was that they barely gave Darla time to really commit herself to dying in peace before Lindsey kicks the door wide open and brings in Dru. I love lawyer-boy, but in those two eps, I utterly despised him.

Really, both Lindsey and Angel used Darla. No wonder why she has such a huge distrust of men.

I've got the shelter stocked up with food, water, and warm clothing. I've put up an American flag, Halloween posters, and a few pictures of the A/D sex scene as well as the pics from Quickening on the walls. Supplies should last us up until the end of November sweeps which should be just around Christmas-time. I'm huddled in it now b/c I saw a few posters claiming that they would "scream" if they heard Angel refer to darla as his baby's mother. Dear lord, how else is he going to refer to her? As of now, Darla is the mother of Angel's child, no if ands or buts.

Sometimes, I think some posters would not be screaming so much about a baby storyline if the pregnant woman involved were Buffy or Cordy. I love A/C, but sometimes the Cordy fans' posts irritate me a bit. It's almost as though they want to erase Darla from Angel's life. As far as I'm concerned the two most important women in Angel's life are Darla and Cordy.
