(Dragon Warrior and Orion are working out on the heavy body and overhead speed bags practicing their kicks, punches and knee strikes. Orion is wearing his brown leless wrestling tights under a red silk ancient Greek Gladiator type loincloth and brown wrestling boots. Dragon Warrior is wearing his green leglength wrestling tights with golden dragon scale stitching and green wrestling boots. Dragon Warrior is throwing harder kicks than usual.)
Orion: "Don't tell me Jaubery's at it again."
Dragon Warrior: "Yeah he's stalling like the coward he is.
He thinks he can just stall by using his big daddy's money and law connections to stall and coward out of the match."
Orion: "Looks like you may be wasting time with him."
Dragon Warrior: "The only thing being wasted is his time and money. That fancy lawyer of his should use his time better like defending real clients and not that slob of a wrestler."
(He grips the heavy bag and starts delivering knee strikes.)
Orion: "Whoa slow down or you'll destroy the heavy bag.)
Dragon Warrior: "Yeah. I can tell Jaubery this much. He can try to find all the technicalities he wants but remember this. There's one technicality you can't use and that is this: It may be no DQ but if there's any interference by his allies if he has any or he pays somebody to wrestle for him or interferes in the match. He loses. It's as simple as that and if he can't read that fine print. Then he shouldn't even be in this sport."
Orion: "Imagine he's going to send the tape to his well paid attorney. I bet he probably cut out the part showing he cheated."
(Dragon Warrior starts throwing lefts and rights at the heavy bag.)
Dragon Warrior: "That would never surprise me. However, I did send something to his attorney that proves Jaubery can't back out. He'll see it and he'll know what a fraud his client is. He claims I'm supposedly dirty. Well he should look at himself when he wrestles in the ring."
Orion: "I bet he'll be upset."
Dragon Warrior: "More like crying like a baby like he always does."
(They continue working out on the heavy body and overhead speed bags.)
