They may not be Miss America, but they have all that's needed to do the job of a state titleholder. NC has a long history of sending young women out into the US to attend school where they win smaller state titles in America and USA elsewhere. What we have lacked is the ability to capture girls from out-of-state that competed in Outstanding Teen or Teen USA and are now attending one of our universities and get them to compete here.
