Ok, I will admit it...I cheated and ate at McDonalds this morning. There was nothing to cook for breakfast and I was running late, I did not fix my lunch for today and I have class tonight and I wont be home until late. I panicked and decided to take some fruit for lunch. Hopefully the combination of a fruit lunch and my sausage mc muffin with egg will somewhat balance out so my calorie intake wont be so high.

I have been working so much over time at work, on average about 3 hours a day (11 hours totals and missing some breaks and lunches). These Boeing proposals for work are very helpful in hopfully getting more contracts and raising our booking dollars which is good so that people wont get laid off. The affects of September 11 are slowly trickling down and effecting everyone.
