Today I am feeling pretty good. I am almost done completing the hot proposal for Boeing which will grant me some leisure time or least make it so I don’t have run around the office like a chicken without its head.

Yesterday I spent 1 ½ hours making a huge green salad. The salad has cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, shredded carrots, celery, tomato’s, spinach and romaine lettuce. I put the salad in a huge Tupperware bowl so that I can go grab some salad anytime I want without having to make it. I also made a chicken salad topping, it has shredded chicken, bell peppers, onions, celery and apples with non fat mayo. I am having salad with the chicken salad topping for lunch and I am actually looking forward to it. Hee hee

I don’t know what I was thinking, trying to start a marriage, working over full time and going to school full time…leaves me little time to really relax and enjoy myself. I am trying so hard not to get a cold during this winter. Our office is closing for the week of Thanksgiving, I think it is going to be so nice to have 9 days off (including weekends) from work.

I did not work out yesturday other than running up and down two flights of stairs about 15 times.

Today I will walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Maybe I walk more once I get started.
