Subject: Nationals hotel

I am trying to find out if we book 2 nights. Fort nationals is decide not to go because of a possible family navigation do we have to pay for the 2 full nights? Or we will just lose far deposit to hold the room. Is there a cancelation date where we won't be charged the full amount if we cannot go? Would like to book room in case but don't want to lose all my money if I have to cancel. We would know this in a month or so, but don't want to miss out. Thank you
