Ok, so it appears that she did write that.

I'm not sure that negates any of my points.

About the Shanley/Lee comparison, both were monsters. Both could have been redeemed/rehabilitated by those around them. But Shanley was actually protected by the Boston Archdiocese which only served to make him worse. Lee, who was in the position of a pope rather than a priest, was also protected by his underlings (and continues to be defended by the same people), which also served to only make him worse. Monsters are made, more than they are just born. Those who helped to make those monsters bear as much or more responsibility. The present UBF leadership, like the Boston Archdiocese, bears that responsibility.

On a side note, an anonymous UBF member admitting that Sam Lee was a "bad man" is not something new here. UBFSoul (before he became ex-UBFSoul) did that and more, and it was not exactly earth-shattering for UBF in terms of change.
