With a carefully expressionless face, Akartis lopes gracefully down the slope, and within minutes the group is passing under the eaves of towering trees. Unlike the few dehydrated trees on Terole, Lavanian trees are monstrous, the smaller kinds at least two meters in diameter at the base, the larger up to ten meters, and Kusani trees growing up to a hundred meters wide. The male suppresses a shiver and glances up at the gargantuan trees, pale orbs awed to look upon such huge growing things. "Let's hope we don't meet any Minmons," he mutters to himself, then grins cheekily. He'd actually like to see one of the legendary beasts. His ears flicker backwards and he glances over his shoulder, not slowing his calm but brisk lope as he sees the femmes can take it easily. Idly, and with a muffled sense of competition, he wonders if the Yosha is faster than him, then shrugs it off. "Couple hours travelling, we ought to make it to the Center up ahead. It'll introduce you," he refers to Kaidi and Ayrist, though mentally includes himself, "to a few of the more friendly species." Tail waving jauntily behind him, he adds in a lower tone, "But then, it's doubtful we'll reach even the Center undisturbed."
