It had taken just a bit of convincing to get him to meet her here but it was a big step for her to get out of her apartment and out in public again and she wanted him - the man who was quickly becoming, once again, the strength in her life - to be there with her when she did so. She was clad in tight destroyed dark blue jeans and a black turtleneck sweater that was tight in all the right places. Her hair was wavey and down around her shoulders, covering anymore exposed skin that might show any remaining scars. She'd had a good deal of the cosmetic surgeries done but there were still marks marring her body. She would never be perfect again but at least the words that had decorated her body, slurring her, had been erased. A smile played over her face as she headed in the door, letting out a slow, almost nervous breath. She felt at home here but also a little nervous still. Heading towards the bar, she ordered a cranberry and vodka for herself and a rolling rock to be waiting for him for whenever he got her. He had to go get the baby settled at his parents and whatnot so she had taken her time in getting ready which was obvious by the makeup that flattered her features and the way her hair was, her cordinated jewelery..she looked much like she had years ago except years ago she would have been showing more skin...

She nodded, clinking her glass to his with a bright smile. "To a new life..." she confirmed before she took a long drink and then set the glass down. "I kinda feel like everyone is looking at me..." She murmured, leaning towards him so she could keep her voice low and he could still hear her. Really, there were plenty of men looking at her but not because they knew about her scars, just because she looked good. Of course, that didn't even cross her mind, she didn't think of herself as attractive anymore, she was all used up, no good to anyone and her body had been massacared so there was no reason for anyone to look at her unless they were whispering about her when she wasn't looking. She reached up to absently flip down the collar on his shirt before she took another sip of her drink - her green eyes playing over the bar before she looked back up to him again. She slipped her small hand into his, giving it a soft squeeze before she led the way off the dancefloor and out the door of the club. As soon as they were outside she took a deep breath of the fresh air, tipping her head back to let the cool wind blow over her face and bring down the warmth that was flooding her face. It was good, being out like this, letting some of the weight fall off of her shoulders for just a little while - to pretend everything was alright. She had gotten there a few minutes before him and as promised she was standing at the bar, sipping on a tequilla sunrise with a rum and coke waiting for him next to her. She was standing instead of sitting, her hips swaying to the beat of the music that was throbbing in her ears. She was happy to be out and about, they had been working on the case constantly and it was good to get a little bit of personal time - especially if that personal time consisted of spending time with Marc. She was clad in a short jean skirt that was tattered on the edges, tiny white strings hanging down, and a red v-neck that showed off her curves nicely. Strappy heels made her legs look a mile long, she had a good few inches on Ashley, more a model type then a cop who could run down most criminals...

Sometimes a guy just had to be a guy and have his touch of fun. He loved Lilah with all his heart, was actually planning on taking things to the next level with her. She had just graduated and was eighteen now so they were free to do whatever it was that they wanted without anyone looking twice at them. There was no more fear of them being found out by anyone who would harm them. He was happy, completely happy and that was probably why he was acting like an idiot tonight. Celebrating his good fortune really. He had just struck up a great deal on an eigth of weed and a bit of blow. Now all he wanted was his best friend to have some fun with but he didn't figure it was a good idea to get D around any sort of substances. Instead he was hanging out with some other good old boys - the ones who hadn't settled down all clean. D was all settled and sober and Wes was off across the world with his girl, so he was just out with some guys he had graduated with. Drinks were being passed out freely, he had danced a bit with some old friends - completely innocent of course - and had lost his top shirt so he was just in a black beater and low slung jeans - looking so much like his father had at that age. He had bought the weed at a cheap price and was figuring he would just sell what he didn't smoke for a good price later on at the end of the night. His cell was tucked into the belt clip at his side, just in case his girl was to call.

Graduating was a big thing for her - and anyone from their circle, really - and of course there had never been any doubts that she would finish, but it just felt so good to be done. So he wasn't supposed to be here but since when did he ever really listen to anything anyone told him? With the wedding only a week away he had been instructed by everyone to stay at home, rest up and not move so that he would have all the energy he could for the big day. In his mind though, laying around just made him more tired and on top of that, it left him pissy. So here he was, sneaking into his dads club. He knew his mom was at the bar tonight so he wasn't concerned about having her fussing but his dad was probably here somewhere. With the marital issues the pair had been having, they weren't usually at the same establishment at the same time. Pushing his mind away from his parents problems, he instead seated himself at the bar, flipping over a napkin absently before he looked down to see his girl. "Hey! Bar wench! Put a hussle on it, would you?" He growled out teasingly, his eyes playful but still so loving as they settled on her. She was so beautiful, so full of life, he could hardly believe in six days she would be his wife - his forever - however long that was going to be for him.

She had spotted him when he had first walked in, and the idea of scolding him for being out seriously crossed her mind, but she pushed it away - she could never really propose an idea that put him somewhere where she wasn't. Sticking her tongue out, she tossed a cloth at him and slid him a glass of ice water - with lemon - and then served up a couple patrons who were waiting. As she wiped down the back counter of the bar slowly, she was silently pondering the wonders of Spring Break - to her, all it meant was more time to work, and more work to be done. The kids were out in full force, and though she was one of four 'tenders on that night - double the usual on an average Friday or Saturday - she was only now enjoying her first breather. Sure, it was fun - the energy was unbelievable, and it was undeniable that everyone was having a great time - but this was her third night on in a row, and she was a little tired, and definitely had had no time of her own to enjoy the break from classes. Duty called though - well, her uncle Luke called, more specifically... Smiling, she waved a hand dismissively to one of the guys she was working beside - he was dying for a smoke, she knew, and there seemed to be a bit of a lull in the activity. If he didn't go now, he probably wouldn't get a chance for a while longer. Watching for a moment as the relieved guy slipped off, she then turned her gaze slowly to scan the crowds - the place was packed, undoubtably close to capacity, but she couldn't see anyone she recognized, save for the occasional glimpse of a waitress, and she couldn't help but wonder where her fianc� was hiding that night. Fine lips pursing in absent thought, she was soon snapped out of her reverie by a request for a beer, and obliged the polite patron with only a smile and a couple murmured words, before settling to lean against the counter behind her, arms crossed under her chest. Despite the cool night outside, it was toasty in there, and she was more than warm enough in the sleeveless black top - tied halter style at her nape, a plunging cowl neckline, the fit pure perfection. Her dark waves twisted back half-heartedly into a tie - the 'do created hastily when she she was in the middle of mixing drinks and couldn't stand the long strands in her face - she was pushing the dress code that night by wearing jeans, but there was no denying that she looked flawless, and no one had complained, and besides... She was special.

He was listening to his dad grump about him being out here, the smoke and everything really wasn't the best for his condition but he was getting tired of catering to his 'condition' already. He was up in the office, stretched out on the couch pretty casually as he flipped through some paper work, ignoring his fathers scolding. The only reason he had chanced coming out here was because he knew his mom was working at her place that night and he could avoid getting grumped at by her also. After a few moments of lounging, he set down the file and stood slowly, running a hand over his shaved head as he wandered over to the window - watching Mia with a unhappy gaze. She was sitting on a bar stool, one leg over the other with a bright coloured drink in her hand, sipping at it idly before a couple of the boys from her school started to drag her out to the dance floor. She had been terribly bored and therefore rather frustrated with life in general, so when she had called her sister that evening- desperate to get out and do something - only to find out from Gavin that she, not surprisingly, wasn't home, she had somehow managed to talk the introverted anti-celebrity celebrity to take her out. Because he had been in Bianca's life since they were in their teens, he was just like a brother to her, and this wasn't the first time that they had gone out together - though he really wasn't keen on the idea most of the time, when she got it into her mind that this was what they were going to do, well, there wasn't much he could say about it. Truthfully, she wasn't much of a drinks and dancing type of girl, but it was a nice change every once in a while and she was just happy to be out among fellow human beings - even though she didn't often get to meet too many people because most of the guys who had their eyes on her were seriously turned off by the broody blonde that bought her her drinks and kept an eye on her while she was out on the dance floor, which was where they were at right now. Gavin was at the bar, chatting with the 'tender - hood pulled over his head and unshaven in the dim light of the 'mediocre' club, no one really recognized him and so he was safe in anonymity - and looking over every once in a while to make sure his little 'sister' was safe. Reilly, meanwhile, was trying desperately to coax an unconvinced but seriously tempted redhead to dance with her - though he was cute she wasn't looking for anything more than some company on the floor. Her vivacious personality shined through as she pulled at the hands of the stranger and nearly begged him to join her, head tipped back in laughter as his stubborn protest - it was clear that he would have taken her up on the offer in an instant if not for the sketchy watchdog at the bar. Her light brunette waves were done up in tight ringlets, twisted back from her freckled and lightly made-up features, an asymmetrical hemlined black skirt fit to her slender hips and then flowed out - the lowest point falling at her knees and the shortest high on her thighs - and an emerald satin plunging cowl-necked tank set off her bronzed complexion perfectly. Celery-green gaze sparkling goodnaturedly, she was very nearly the epitomy of life and good spirits...

He was feeling better about their decision now that they had her fathers blessing and it was a much lighter step that he made his way up to his fathers office - finding his mother on his fathers lap, her head tucked against his shoulder and Jordy sprawled out on the couch. "It's not very nice that you don't invite Cammy to your parties." He teased as he closed the door behind him, a smile caressing his features. It was about time they all became one happy family, everyone was so close it was ridiculous. Luc and Cam were best friends and then there was Angel who everyone knew was Cam's other half and his girlfriend Kelcey who had become a pretty permanent fixture in all their lives and Angel's daughter Aly, not to mention his 'rents, there was Luc who had his sister, Austins Aunt Caitlyn and her husband though Austin didn't really know him or their kids very well and then Uncle Jaden and Aunt Mika and their kids and along with them came Tyler and Adrian and their kids...it was a big group they all had - all entwined and everyone having everyone's back. The closest was these here though, well, if Angel and Cammy were here it would be the tightest knit group out of them all...

He smiled lightly, letting out a soft breath. "Yeah..." He directed the majority of his answers to his father so that the girls could have their little emotional time about their babies growing up. She set her jaw tightly, her eyes sparking before she let out a slow breath. "Fine." She stated, leaning up to kiss her sons cheek. He frowned a little bit - he'd always been really protective over his mom - just like he was after little Liza. "Yeah..." There was no question though that if Luc wasn't going to go check on her then he would. He, for one, didn't understand how his dad dealt with his mom's place. It drove him crazy, the place was crazy on the weekends and then was probably a 5:1 ratio on men to women there. With the girls on the bar and serving drinks and doing all the fancy stuff with fire and all that kinda junk it was just insane and busy and loud and very very drunk. He had more responsibility than anyone else really seemed to realize and tended to take the brunt of everyone's upset - like now, he had just been looking out for his son, and yet the boy had shut him off already. She wasn't even sure why she hated driving so much, but she just knew that she did, but whenever it was most convenient, she was willing to do it - if Austin was more comfortable with that then with her taking the bus.
