Many years ago when I got my first job in the city, I lodged in a cheap boarding house for a while (one of those places where the walls are a bit thin and you get to hear all kinds
of stuff)
I recall there was a woman (recently divorced) with a 5 yo son on the floor above and one night I heard their voices coming from the bathroom.
When I heard the e-word mentioned, the temptation to eavesdrop was just too great, so I hung around for a while thinking that the boy's whining and pleading was a typical case of "klismaphobia".
I couldn't have been more wrong. It was exactly the opposite!
"AWWW PLEEEEZ Mommy" He whined "Do it for me again. It feels so nice an warm in my booty! I just wanna feel it go FOOOZZZH in my booty again!"
But his mother was quite adamant.
"No way! You had it last week 'cause you were sick and theres nothing wrong with you now!"
As he continued to plead she said "Youre crazy! Listen up
if you dont stop winging and get your pjs on I'll really give you something to warm your 'lil booty and it wont be an enema!"
I never discovered if she ever gave him an more enemas after that and obviously I would never have asked her, but it was the only time I ever heard a little kid asking for an enema specifically to enjoy the "added benefits".
Maybe he should have just kept silent and enjoyed whatever his mother was willing to give rather than let her get wise to his prediliction.

I never pleaded. But I pretended many times to not be able to go. I knew mom would get out the enemas bulb and use it on me. Se didn't know how I "craved" for her to giveme one.

Why would anyone cry, beg and plead for an enema? That's disgusting!

Yes I did once many years ago while staying with my eldest sister Joyce who was already maried with kids.
Although the e-word was not mentioned I overheard her youngest daughter Tammy pleading: "Awww PLEEEZE Mommy! Cant you just do it for me like you used to and get it over. It works so fast and I dont care even if it hurts!".
My sister responded that she wasnt keen on it and suggested some medication (which I cant remember)
Tammy refused quite adamantly "Oh I hate that stuff! Besides
Janice and her friends gonna be leaving soon and I wanna go with em! Pleeeze Mommy ! Its so easy..."
My sister just sighed and finally said "OK go wait in the bathroom while I try and find that thing"
A short time later familiar sounds from the bathroom seemed to indicate Tammy's enema was in progress.
Anyway she looked a lot happier when she came out.
Although Joyce never discussed the matter with me and I never asked (or actually saw "that thing") it could have been a bag, however I rather suspect it was a rubber bulb syringe (most likely covered with cobwebs).
