Much of the Christian world lives with its head in the sand not even acknowledging the adversary's existence. What devil? But the good news of God's Word would not have the impact that it does without the truth that Satan was stripped of all power and dominion when Jesus was crucified! Seeing how this truth impacts each and every one of us on a very personal level is the whole thing in a nutshell. We confess Jesus as Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead and we are saved! It's not complicated. Saved from what, you say? Saved from hell! A very real place that starts here in this life and goes on forever! But thank God for the great escape that is the Gospel!there is another kingdom, the Kingdom of God that also begins here, in the land of the living, and extends into eternity!
