Appeal to friends, family and visitors:

It has been a while since I have posted here due to some awesome activities that I've been involved with in Central Vermont. The mission has taken all of my waking hours and at times has even crept into my sleeping hours, but I can see light and keep moving toward it!

First, with God's help and a myriad of people who He has been putting alongside me, I've been able to establish a business called Creative Kingdom Concepts, an LLC that is focused on the development of real estate for supported housing, coupled with the employment of peer support counselors who provide the needed support in the homes.

We are in the process of fixing up some properties in Montpelier for this use and have established one transitional support home already with the eye to more development along these same lines. Our first project, which we are loosely calling the new beginnings support home has surpassed my personal expectations already and I have seen people's lives changed by the simplicity of the concepts that are employed here.

My appeal is multifaceted, but it is mostly to inform friends, family and others who are interested in my activities and who might want to get involved in some way; or not! We have lots of ongoing needs, which are all being met one by one, in the Lord's timing. In the meantime, if you are so inclined to provide a meal or donate furnishings for the homes that we are preparing, you are always welcome to call me on my cell 802-793-7808 (don't be surprised if someone else anwsers the phone!).

I have sensed a calling to this work for sometime now and God has responded to my stepping out in faith by giving me favor and opening doors in many areas.

My labor has mostly been focused on finding time to enjoy my life and listening for God's direction as I try to follow His leading. The hardest part of the journey so far has been my inability to be there for the people who are the closest to me in my own family and my extended family, including my oldest and dearest friends.

Life goes on for all of us and we each face the challenges that this life brings one day at a time.

I am blessed to have a relationship with a most loving Father God first and foremost. Without Him, I would not be able to do anything worthwhile. But then, to have so many friends and aquaintances that care about me and to have a loving family that is also blessed brings joy unspeakable.

I wanted to post this message mostly to those who are on my heart, but because of my work and business for the Lord, I am unable to see them as often as I would like to.

To all who visit, I say thank-you and be blessed! There is a God who wants to know you intimately. The Bible says that many are called, but few are chosen. I believe that when we answer the call we begin the interview process and if we allow Him to, He shows us what the job will entail. There is no turning back for me now. I have been chosen and will continue to be tested the rest of my days, but meanwhile the benefit package is simply amazing!

I hope to see you all this summer!

The testing continues. There are days when I just want to throw in the towel and say it is just too hard to be faithful! But then I think, what a lie from satan! What would I go back to? The only thing I knew before was doubt and unbelief and it leads to death. The Lord says 'choose life' and 'follow me' and so by faith I choose to believe Him over the lies of the evil one and in so doing I have access to a benefit package that is beyond compare! The Psalmist describes it best in Psalm 103:

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with all good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's."

Eternal life is a promise too, but it isn't something we have to wait for, it starts now, today! Will you believe it and start receiving this amazing benefit package from God today? So much of Christianity puts these benefits off in the future, in the 'sweet by and by', but they are for now, for today, because faith is a NOW WORD! "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen." Heb 11:1

The benefits of salvation don't have to wait till we die folks! WE can enjoy the fullness of the Spirit; divine health, awesome relationships, prosperity in finances and every good thing in this life. We can start practicing for heaven in the here and now. How do we do it? By believing God and taking His Word at faith value.

Are all these things things perfect in my life today? Not in the natural, no! But in the spirit I have them all! How do I know this? Because the Word of God declares it. In John 6:63 Jesus says: "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life."

And in John 10:10 Jesus speaking again says, "It is the thief who comes but to steal, kill and destroy, I have come that they (we) may have life and have it more abundantly." Jesus came to give us a more abundant life!

Because I walk by faith and not by sight I can have everything that is promised even though I can't see it. I know it's there in the spirit and God is just waiting for me to speak faith filled words so that He can perform it in my life! When it comes to pass, I no longer need faith to believe it.

It takes more than wishful thinking though. It takes speaking faith filled words and to walk it out day after day. Don't give up! Don't let go of the promises. Hold on! Be strong!

I am rich, I am strong, I am healed and I belong to the One who is greater in me!

Don't let the facts of life right now get you down. The devil is a liar! He wants to cheat you out of the blessing of God. He wants to steal your joy and kill and destroy your family members. The good news about facts, especially facts that are not good is that they are all subject to change by God's Truth. And the Truth, the Bible clearly says, doesn't change. "For I am the Lord, I do not change." Mal 3:6 and "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever." Heb 13:8 We have a solid rock in Christ that doesn't move and we can cling to that rock no matter what comes.

Remeber this, what you feel, what you are experiencing today, if it is of a bad report, it has to go! If you are a child of God it has no right to be in your life. Speak your faith. Tell the devil who you are and resist his lies and he has to flee. In the meantime, be encouraged and know that feelings change. Your love may wax and wane, but God's love remains the same!

Praise God!

Tim you are going to bust a nut bitching about me. Without me you have no reason to blabber about Jesus. Think about it, the universe is in equalibrium. Without my pull you would fly off into who knows where. You need me to justify your whole deal. Think about it. No Devil no Jesus.

Shut up devil!

You are a defeated foe. Like the defeated kings of long ago who were once paraded before the spectators in the colliseum, you are in chains, your verdict has been pronounced. You are on your way to your own execution. There are some who watch from the sidelines who still tremble in fear of you, but not I. I am a child of the most high God. You are powerless.

A word to the wise. Fear God, not man, not the devil. Fear the one who can pronounce the sentence. The righteous judge who looks upon the hearts and sees those who would humble themselves before Him.

Yea more of the same Bullshit. Don't meet me in the middle just ignore the reality of the situation. Take me away and your table falls over. Your Wedge issue crumbles. I am essential to your belief system and you know deep down that its true. It makes no matter because you will believe the propaganda that allows you to sleep at night. What ever, I know the truth and it is what I report.

Circle the flame Timmy perhaps we will meet!

you speak more truth than you know, poser!

Much of the Christian world lives with its head in the sand not even acknowledging the adversary's existence. What devil? But the good news of God's Word would not have the impact that it does without the truth that Satan was stripped of all power and dominion when Jesus was crucified!

Seeing how this truth impacts each and every one of us on a very personal level is the whole thing in a nutshell. We confess Jesus as Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead and we are saved! It's not complicated. Saved from what, you say? Saved from hell! A very real place that starts here in this life and goes on forever!

But thank God for the great escape that is the Gospel!there is another kingdom, the Kingdom of God that also begins here, in the land of the living, and extends into eternity!

Repent and believe the gospel and enter the Kingdom of God that truly does begin within.

Welcome Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

Blessings from Montpelier,

I have been moved by the approach of this Thanksgiving Season to send out a praise report to all of you in the Body of Christ from our little outpost of compassion here on Sibley Avenue. Our nickname is New Beginnings, but we are operating under the registered name of Creative Kingdom Concepts LLC. And we are blessed, blessed, blessed!

We opened our 2 bed respite home here on Sibley Avenue in Montpelier this past March for people who are served by Washington County Mental Health and who are in need of transitional support in a residential setting. We have seen many people's lives blessed and changed, including our own, as we have worked together to make it a welcoming place of safety and support for those with special needs.

It has been a real step of faith for myself and for my family to leave the security of a 'regular paycheck.' I certainly couldn't have attempted it without the support of Kathy and Adrienne and Isaac. Each of my family members has played an important part in our development, including often going without the help they are accustomed to!!

Meanwhile, God has responded with many miracles and confirmation over this past year that His grace remains with us on this important project, even though I have not always acted in faith with all of my decisions so far. It has been an amazing ride and despite the mistakes that I have made, God has been merciful and provided some awesome people to help us make this a supportive home.

Without the unflagging support of Jerome Lipani, I would have certainly thrown in the towel long ago! Amy Wales and Jimi Brink have been awesome in their weekend support roles and Dottie has been a dedicated employee. I have seen amazing things take place in the lives of those who the Lord has sent to us over this short period of time, both employees and residents.

I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank God for the Words of Life Ministries and pastor Reggie and Melanie Scott of Berlin, Vt, for their kind and compassionate support of our mission to care for the people who have come and used our respite residence over the past 8 months. The outreach and generosity of this small but powerful fellowship has been a real encouragement to me. They have literally provided the Words of Life that have sustained me through times when I wanted to just give up!

Currently, the ministry is supporting a weekly cell group for scripture reading for women lead by Melanie Scott at our respite home and also helps to transport folks who desire to attend Friday evening services at the Berlin sanctuary at 489 Vine Street.

Creative Kingdom Concepts received two generous donations this year (praise God!) for the purchase of an older but good working 12 passenger Ford van with handicapped lift, which we have used to transport up to 8 people on trips to evening services and other field trips, including a trip to the Godstock concert this summer in Duxbury.

One of the most amazing testimonies has been from one of the ladies who came to us early on for transitional support. She had been having a very difficult time and as a result had lost her housing. After two short stays in residence with us at New Beginnings she began to work (for pay!) with our peer support team, one day a week, to help care for others in residence. Shortly after attending the Friday night services at Words of Life she requested to be baptized and this was performed this summer by pastor Reggie at Wrightsville Dam! She has found a supportive home nearby, is on the payroll now at Creative Kingdom and has been attending regularly the scripture reading group and the Words of Life Services on Friday nights. She continues to flourish in her new found faith in Christ! Praise God!

Another awesome blessing this year has been the SkyAngel TV. I made the decision early on not to install regular cable television in the home due to its high volume of less than therapeutic programming; even the local news can sometimes be triggering for those who come to us. The SkyAngel is an on demand internet service that allows us to watch daily programming by awesome ministries such as Joyce Meyer and Joel Olsteen anytime of day, as well as other wholesome programming such as The Hallmark Channel, Animal Planet and other safer TV choices. We even get to watch episodes of the Beverly Hillbillies, Leave it to Beaver and Dennis the Menace on demand and it's all for only $24/month!

I'm not sure exactly what's ahead for us, but I know it's good. We have been blessed to be able to concentrate on the spiritual needs of those who come to us and who aren't used to getting this kind of support. What a privilege! It is a unique ministry and if I stay out of the way I'm sure the Lord will direct me in the Way He would have us grow. The Lord gives me glimpses now and then, but as Joyce Meyer says, He gives us 'possibilities, not positivelies.'

Some of the things we are believing for right now are the establishment of a men's version of our New Beginnings Home and for the funds to hire at least two more peer support counselors. We are also believing for the funds to finish the upper room peer support apartment, a new driveway and to finally paint the house on Sibley Avenue in the Spring.

One thing is for sure, when you step out to serve God it is not dull. This has been the most amazing adventure of my life so far, and something tells me it is only just the Beginning!

I praise God and thank Him for all He is doing in us, through us and for us in Jesus' name! May all of you be blessed during this Holy Season and in the coming year by the One who provides all of our needs, according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus! Amen.

Tim,

To all the friends and visitors of this site and of what Tim and others are doing in Montpelier and Berlin:

The Team at Creative Kingdom Concepts and Words of Life Ministries has indeed been impacting the lives of many in our area. Times are tough and today's note is to any who may be looking for good ground to sow into during this holiday season.

Our needs here on Sibley Avenue and Berlin Street are ongoing, but particularly now during the heating season and as we work to keep our places accessible for those in need, we are certainly feeling the pinch.

We have been seeking ways to refinance our debt load and rising costs of utilities in order to bring some relief to our monthly outflow, so far, to no avail; we've just not been in business long enough to be established for local lenders. I am confident that God will make a way for us to keep our doors open through the New Year, but as we look at the future, we are certainly looking at ways to cut costs and get rid of things that are not essential.

If you'd like to contribute to our cause (we have not, as yet, established ourselves as a non-profit) but you can rest assured that any financial support will be used to help those in need and keep our doors open into the New Year.

Thanks to all who keep in touch with us through this forum!
