"Eat drink and be merry, for tommorrow we die!" This is what the people said during the days of Noah.
Meanwhile, Noah was building an Ark because God told him to. It was a Way to save God's people from destruction.
The Ark was a type of Christ. Jesus is the Way that saves God's people from the destruction that a life lived for oneself leads to. Like the Ark that Noah built, Jesus is the Ark for today. Hell is real. Hello! All you have to do to experience it is to step out of your comfort zone on fat mountain and see that most people lead lives of quiet desperation (Thereau said this and he was a big appreciator of God's creation).
Having fun along the Way that leads to Life is exactly what it is all about, my blessed friend.

What is wrong with Quiet desperation? It is better then Loud desperation. I hate Whining.
We just went up to Quebec City. We rode bikes on the plains of Abraham. Its a tourist stop for buses full of old folks wanting to see something. Cannon everywhere on walls which surround the old part of the city. There is a really old church up there built in the 1600's. The local Indians must have hated the whole Christian invasion. They live for 1000's of years in harmony with nature and in a few hundred years its all changed. Hunter gatherer turned sales clerk in a tourist trap. Christian's are mean Tim, just look at the history. So much pain in the name of God.
Freedom is an interesting concept. We are all not really free. We all have our axe to grind. Some are happy grinding it, others just bitch the whole time.
I am off to the get my blue bike and ride it a bit. When you ride at least your free from the conversations with others. Free to think anything you want as long as the CPD's don't get you.
