You can ignore this and still enjoy your life, fer sure, but you are an ostrich with your head in the sand. Wake up and smell the end of the world as we know it! You can't escape the Truth. You can avoid it for a while, but like the plague it will eventually come to pass with or without your permission. It is good to embrace life my friend, but it is even better to know where you are going in the process. This is what it means for the blind to see. If you keep looking you will find the answer that will make you a believer too.
