Hi John

It seems to me that the inventory held in trust by Hutchinson’s, should be released to the members, who should be allowed to use the week/s as any normal timeshare owner would.

I doubt it would be very hard to prove that the members of UVC were misrepresented. They only need to speak to the many sales reps that worked for UVC, and were not paid. They would willingly testify what the company policy was regarding making sales..

Furthermore, it would not be hard to prove that the directors of UVC were not fit to run an ice cream van business let alone a timeshare company.

David Parker is a criminal. Just look at the list of companies he has run to the ground. It strikes me as odd that he is the only individual to have benefited out of UVC yet he still has the front to sit in the liquidators meeting as a creditor. He has managed to buy himself a new hotel in bonny Scotland, not to far away from Portsonachan with all the loot he got out of UVC. Something is not right with that.

Goddard, however, is more incompetent than criminal but should be held accountable nonetheless.

Also where does Champion & Co fit into the grand scheme of things? If you look at the company records for some of the UVC companies, Champion & Co's registered address in Manchester was also the registered address of some of the UVC companies. Seems to me that David Parker is in bed with his accountant or rather the accountant is in bed with David's wife. Whatever, it stinks of fraud and they should all be held accountable for their actions.

How many members do you have on the COG? It is common knowledge that the DTI investigated UVC. If enough people contacted Trading Standards about the possible criminal activities of the Directors of UVC, surely they would be forced to look a little closer at their affairs.

Good luck.
