Assalam alaikum

I know and understand how much Haram there is in taking, paying, etc. in riba.

But i have a question that has been bothering me for a couple of months. When I was around eight years old my mom opened me a savings account, and guess what it includes interest that adds to my account. Now what should i do. I don't want anything to do with that interest cash. because i have read many hadiths, and it is a very bad thing. i just wanted to know, what do you think i should do. will the bank take it back if i tell them to?

This question was asked and already answered before. Again, interest is haraam and what you need to do is take this money out of this account immediately and put it inot a non-interest checking account or a Mutual fund or safe deposit box or anything which does not accumualte interest. The bank will not take the interest back and there is nothing you can do about this.

You can either take the interst part of the money and give it away to a Mosque for sadaqah but realize, you will not receive any blessings for that because there are no blessings on haraam monies.. or you can keep the interest and just put the money into an account that doesnt cumalate interest. Bottom line the choice is yours but you need to remove that money from out of the interest account ASAP..
