Have a long talk with your boyfriend, and tell him that he owes it to you to protect you, and that you deserve better. Because you do. It sounds like you were injured, to be honest. It is really important to get to the doctor right away, especially if you want to be able to have kids someday. We will be here to talk to you, because you have a lot on your plate to deal with. You have emotions to heal, a body to heal, and spiritual issues, I'm sure. You can find a group in your area that will help you find someone who can work with you.
