My thoughts on a few of your points

You asked some good questions--I am far too random at times to do that. Here are a few of my thoughts.

1. Ghosts are known to move things so the note with the address didn't surprise me. X knew that they needed this--he may have had it in his pocket when he was killed. Who knows but it was a nice touch!

2. Knole Rohr had to kill Mulder--it was his assignment and like all good Marines, he had to finish his assignment.

4. I think that the FBI division of the XFiles is gone--the aliens don't want anybody else to know what is going to happen in 10 years. They also don't want anybody to know what has happened and start piecing things together again. That would cause all kinds of problems for them.

5. I think that the helicopters were assigned to kill CSM as the aliens are finished with him. Their assignment was to get CSM as he betrayed the aliens. The aliens will deal with the human threats later.

6. I think that Skinner, Doggett and Reyes will be assigned to other divisions or given other assignments elsewhere. They aren't a threat yet except that D and R know how to kill off the super soldiers--YEA!

11. As for the new Myth--I can see one. The ghost-guardian format smacks of Star Wars and I suspect (but hope I am wrong) that we won't see much of Mulder and Scully as William will appear as the new "Luke Skywalker" of the 21st century. Personally I think that the one thing to kill a movie will be doing that to Mulder and Scully. They need to be part of the film if it is to be part of a continuing series of films.
