They could have done it back in Season 7 and alleviated some of the work for DD and GA. They had so many opportunities to do more myth arc stories. Sure everyone wanted to see Mulder and Scully but I think if they had delved further into sub stories and characters in the myth arc they would have kept more viewers.

I think Mulder certainly is biologicaly connected to William via a roll in the hay--the insemnation clearly did not work--but the whole tampering thing still puzzles me. I wish they'd been more specific.

BDM: Did you see my post about what the computer screen said?

Good info on the magnetite Melissa! I don't think Gibson was a super soldier at all so he won't be in danger in Wyoming. It would be nice for Mulder and Scully to get him back but I think it's doubtful we will see him again.
