Clearly the worst thing about S9, with the exception of no Mulder, is that in a few episodes, people being attracted to each other or whatever has been thrown in our faces.

I can't speak to any future S9 episodes, but so far, it's ridiculous.

Moronica used to date the new Assistant Director, and now they've got this unbelievably fake sexual tension thing going on.

According to a psychic/devil worshipper/lunatic, Doggett is attracted to Scully even though he knows he can never have her because of Mulder. That's why he does what he does. That guy really must have been looney though, because there have been no clues in the episodes that Doggett wants to get with Scully. The lunatic also said that Moronica was attracted to Doggett, but Doggett doesn't feel the same way.

The only fun bit of attraction was in the Lord of the Flies when Dr. Rocky was clearly attracted to Scully. It was very cute.

Meanwhile, sexy Skinner smoulders away all alone in a corner.

But to directly answer your question, there have been no acts in S9 between Doggett and Reyes that seem to be a result of any kind of attraction. There have been no goo goo eyes of any sort. Though, IMO, Doggett has very nice eyes. They are blue and sparkly.
