Dear Rachel,

Thanks for your extensive comments. I'll do my best to answer them.

1) I'm afraid I don't understand this one. Whilst creating a backup project I just drag a folder or tree from window 2 to window 1 (leftmost). The intention of the design is to allow people to backup their work projects, retaining the structure of those directory trees. However if you'd care to give us more detail then we'll give it full consideration. Sorry - confused !

2) In order to change an unselected node to selected you should highlight it with a single click, then right click which will display a popup menu. Choose Select node. I can't find this in the Help so will ensure its added.

3) Any chance of some detail on the error dialogs you reported ? If they're causing grief we'd like to be able to do something about them.

4) Sorry - its a feature of Windows with exchangeable media once a write operation is completed the disk must be re-initialised to see the new contents. If you would like this to be an option - to close and re-open the disk whilst in the program then we'd be happy to add this in the next release.

5) Performing drag and drop without recalculating the disk space requirements - its dangerous to do it - but we could add it as another option. Were you selecting lots of "bits and pieces" of trees so it kept recalculating ?

6) Appreciate the problem of long file names - I don't think the standards have yet caught up with common directory/file naming - I've had to do something about some of my Powerpoint html files ! We will look into this to see what can be done to circumvent the problem - keep watching the forum for an update !

7) Serious errors are normally reported on the screen with a message & OK button so I'm a bit confused. Could you email the log file to support@projcom.co.uk ? I'd like to investigate this further - agree with you entirely.
