  * Little Miss Duncanville is decided by adding all scores and the contestant with the highest points in each age group will be named the Little Miss Duncanville for her age division.
  
  Entries must be postmarked no later than: Saturday, November 8, 2003
  General Information:
  1) Any poor sportsmanship demonstrated by a contestant, parent, family member or coach will be cause for immediate disqualification of your contestant without refund.
  2) Contestants are judged on overall appearance, smile, personality, interaction with the judges, and confidence. She also is judged on how much fun she seems to be having. Dresses may be short, long, or tea length.
  3) Your modeling should be simple, smooth, and not overly complicated. Turns are fine and waving, blowing kisses, winking, etc are welcome from the babies. However, pro-am style modeling is not suggested at this pageant only as we are looking for confident, poised children who are overall natural and dressed age appropriately.
  4) Casual Wear should reflect your contestant¡¦s own style and feeling for the upcoming fall months and casual days in general. Be creative and colorful, but remember that the fashion should compliment the contestant in style and appropriateness for age. I suggest something dressy casual¨... no cutoffs or things that are obviously too bare. Use moderation.
  5) "Lady in Red" should be an outfit that is mainly red and very feminine....lace, ribbons, bows, etc.
  6) Photogenic - Bring 5X7 or 8X10 Black & White or Color Head Shot of the Contestant & keep it age appropriate.
  7) Talent music must be on Cassette Tape or CD with one song, cued & ready to play with your Name on tape & title of music. Music should be no more than 2 minutes & 30 seconds. Please time it and cut accordingly.

  GOOD READ FOR ALL YOU BASHERS AND BASHED PAGEANT LADIES -- Nedra, 04:58:20 08/12/02 Mon
  I have been reading these boards for more than 2 years and I have noticed a definite slide down over that time. The posts and replies have, at times, been so distasteful I regret that I poked my head in! Yall talk about Christianity and still post some disturbing and hateful comments about other Mom’s and children. Yall talk about the fun of pageants, yet you take all the fun out of it when you post an ignorant or hurtful remark. Yall laud pageants, yet you give pageants a bad name by your actions on the boards. You extol the virtues and benefits of pageantry, then bash a dedicated, hard working Director, Judge, coach, child, parent, H/M, photographer, anyone involved directly or indirectly with the sport. Yall defend against those who shout exploitation, then exploit your own children without a thought. Some of the posts I have read are more disturbing when I think that you ladies are raising children!
  
  Pageants have changed over the past few years, and I agree with the Director that posted that some time ago. She expressed that pageantry has taken a down turn since the internet and rightfully so. The posting of messages that are hurtful, ignorant, untrue, and downright hateful are always done anonymously, thereby making it so easy for people to be hurt and no consequence for the unhappy poster.
  
  The contribution by some Board Owners reinforcing misinformation and threats of exposure is very disturbing. Board Owners have a responsibility to monitor their boards, keep bashing off their boards, and present a wholesome picture to the public. Voy Forums expects this of all Board Owners. It is part and parcel of their agreement with Voy. If these parameters are not met Voy can and will shut down their board with no notice. Yall have seen it happen time and time again.
  
  The list of innocent people who have been harangued, harassed, insulted, accused, threatened and made a mockery of on the boards is too lengthy to list. I am certain each of you reading this post can add to the long list of people who’s reputation was marred, who’s child was destroyed, who’s system was ruined, who’s business was questioned, who’s very presence at the next pageant was a monumental appearance after a severe bashing on these boards.
  
  The people who bash are a select few. They post anonymously, and then accuse others of the same. They copy and paste, alter isp information, post comments about children; then they log back on and offer “unsolicited” support for their victim-anonymously. This is a recurring problem especially on pageant message boards.
  
  I ask each and every one of you Christian spouting women; what are you teaching your children? Are you teaching them to lie, cheat, steal? To be hateful when shrouded in anonymity, then be a false prophet when facing your victim? Are you teaching them that no respect is due or earned by anyone in the pageant community? Are you teaching them that being hateful is a prerequisite for being in pageants? More importantly, are you teaching them that they, too, can and will be targets at a moments notice and they have no recourse?
  
  I have seen the “thought for the day”, the posts about everyone loving one another, the quotes from the bible; the adorable pics of little children hugging and sharing; yet still there are hateful accusations and lies posted everyday! Have any of you visitors to message boards ever thought the reach that the internet has? It is called the “World Wide Web” expressing that it reaches WORLD WIDE! These boards are not just for a select few in pageants, they are visited by many, many people: not all savory either. Yet the mindset of the pageant community is that this is their “own private little world” and they can say whatever they want! How ignorant of all of you to think that an internet message board is a private, pageantry only vehicle. When distasteful posts are left on a board it is another message for all the world to see why pageants are frowned upon; why the consensus of opinion is exploitation of children; why the pageant community is treated as a enigma; and why pageant families still have an upward climb to acceptance and decency.
  
  You all need to step back from your pc’s and take a look at the trash that each of you contribute to. Whether you are a basher or not, posting any comment in support of or as a contributory opinion in agreement with the nasty post, you are a contributor to the overall low opinion that has permeated pageants for many years. Pageantry will gain no respect if this is allowed to continue. Pageantry will always be viewed as a detrimental avenue for children. Fault will always be found with pageantry and each of you are to blame! No matter what side of the fence you are on, if you were to read the posts you, too, would see that ignorance and hate is bountiful and abounds on these message boards.
  
  No one can change the world’s perception of pageantry except each of you, for your children. It’s too bad that the internet has allowed the continued demise of pageantry only because none of you can see the forest for the trees! You, and you alone, are responsible for the world’s view on pageantry. Make it acceptable.
  
  I expect that there will be many distasteful and rude comments under this post. The attacks will abound without even a secondary or moments glance at the message I am trying to give. I ask each of you, especially those that post the Christian messages when desperation lends you no recourse; please clean up your attitudes; stop the bashing, the accusing, the hatefulness and the mean spirited comments about everyone. Do this for your children. Teach them respect, honor, integrity, and honesty. Teach them that it is uncouth and low class to bash and reply to bashes, whether in support or defense. Teach your children that pageantry can be a wholesome sport or hobby if they are in it to really build self-esteem and confidence. No one can excel by mowing down their competition.
  
  Before you post, either to my thoughts and requests or another post, please take a moment and think about the visitors reading your posts. Anonymous or not, ignorance and degradation reeks from many of the posts. Don’t show your butts on the internet. Keep your hateful opinions to yourself. Don’t lay out your feelings for the whole world to see and judge. Don’t post it unless you are confident you COULD put your name to it! Do it for your children and the future of pageantry!   I just read a post under a banner below congratulating three beautiful little girls. This was posted by a pageant grandma, mom and daughter. I just think this post was very 2-faced because I observed them at crowning at this pageant. There expressions and body language told a totally different story. Both the mom and the grandma stood at the back of the ballroom scowling, frowning with their arms folded across their chests. I don't know what they were mad about but it was obvious they were mad about something. Not once did they clap for these beautiful little girls or appeared happy for them. Now they can come on the board and talk about how awesome they were. I just never could stand 2-faced people.

Why are all of these innocent children being sent to your house to get lessons from you when you are just taking all of their money away from them that they could be using on a better coach. I can't believe that they actually listen to you when you tell them exactly what pageant to go to? Do all of you GG's actually go wherevr SG tells you to go? That is pathetic!   Things I have learned over the years about bashers and wanted to share.
  
  1. Bashers are usually people that you call your friends or used to call your friends. Normally its not people you do not know. So, in ASSuming you know who your basher, you are probably wrong.
  
  2. Never believe what you see or read on the internet. Most the time is something that never happend or has been taken way out of content. Perfect example, Did you ever see a pic of the worlds fattest cat? Not true. It was a hoax.
  
  3. If your computer is set to the bash boards and you refresh more than 4 times a day, you need to find something better to do with your time. Spend time playing a game with your kids, they will be alot happier and so will you.
  
  4. The bash boards are visited by a certain group of people. Once you know all the players its very easy to recognize who is who.
  
  5. Bash board owners are two types of people. The first type is the kind that set the board up to take out their personal issues against someone they do not like for whatever reason. Example, you will only see certain names on that board and they answer themselves all the time.
  The second type of bash board owner is the type that set the board up to catch ISP's. They will post questions and see who answers them and then expose them without exposing themselves. Either type cause problems.
  
  6. Usually the basher has many more personal problems than the person that is getting bashed.
  
  7. If you have not been bashed that does not mean your perfect, just means that you have not been recognized in the pageant world. Most popular contestants, parents, directors, coaches, h/m, etc. all have been bashed.
  
  Things I will never understand,
  How can someone bash a baby? Call a child fat and ugly?
  How hard is it to type congratulations? Just keep your hands off the keyboard if you feel compelled to bash.
  To the bash board owners, You have been asked over and over to clean up your boards and you don't. Have your fun now because it is going to turn on you. You will be the ones being bashed soon and no one will feel sorry for you because you did it to yourself.

  I would like to start by saying we had a wonderful time this weekend at AJ. Beverly and her staff worked hard to make it an enjoyable weekend for everyone, and the crowns were just beautiful. It was exciting to come home and find the boards bash-free for once. Then today under the beautiful winners list someone had to make a hurtful remark about a little girl. I would like to inform the person making this statement that a dress doesn't "make" a child, the child makes the dress. How sad you would try to take this child's win away from her mother.   Secondly, to the post further down the board saying Stephanie Johnston owes the DeMerse's an apology, it is you that owes Mrs. Johnston an apology for falsely accusing her. She wasn't even aware that the post was on that bash board until a friend brought it to her attention on Sunday. Steph happens to be very fond of Kassie, and Shannon and Stuart both know that.
  Thirdly, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the row of people who refused to clap for my 2-year-old when she was crowned Sunday. Yes, I said THANK YOU. You have all made me realize just who my true friends are. I am unsure if the snub was directed at me, my baby, or her coach, but it doesn't matter. I have always made it a point to clap for everyone, whether I know them or not, whether they go to the same coach as us or not, it should not matter. Every child deserves applause for their accomplishments, and for just having the guts to go up on that stage. In closing, I would like to say we're all one big happy pageant family, but we're not. Hatred is running rampant in pageantry today, and only we as parents can change that. To all of you that enjoy hurting children through their parents, I hope you sleep well tonight.

  • My opinion of UR is that it needs a new director. AH is too money hungry and passes that on to the kids. Her favorite saying at her pageants is "Show Me The Money!" She always plays up the winning of money part of it. That is why I got my kids out of her system, because there are a lot of other systems out there that teach a whole heck of a lot better values. We are not in pageants for the money, never have been and never will be. Anyone who is, is just fooling themselves.   It is with the greatest degree of sadness that I must make a reply to the disgusting display of irresponsible remarks that a great number of misinformed malcontents in the pageant world have made on various pageant boards. My wife, my daughter, and I have been slandered and libeled by people who have not got the guts to list their names on their malicious and hurtful statements on the internet pageant boards. I do not follow these boards; but, the content of these remarks has reached me through my daughter who has been told of the bashing by her friends. My wife rarely lets bashing bother her because her business seems to grow by leaps and bounds in the presence of negative reactions by parents and coaches who her students have trounced in a pageant. But, when it involves her daughter, it upsets her and with Susan when she becomes upset it only makes her work harder and press on with a greater degree of excellence in her students so that they may perform at even higher levels in their events in the pageants. In other words, she doesn't get mad-she gets even. Now, to respond to these false accusations. My daughter, Thumper, is a good child. She is innocent, loving, caring, and kind. She is also a natural born comedianne. Perhaps some of you remember her Patsy Cline, "I Got Your Picture" routine. Her modeling is fun, exciting, and clean it its content. When she performed the routine which involved the humerous pretention of a "marijuanna" cigarette, it was done for fun and as a joke. If someone becomes offended by that, so be it. I am offended much more by the people who cowardly hide behind an internet posting to run down a child, her mother, and her father. If you were too ashamed to include your name, then your remarks have no validity and their negative nature are of no value as are you for making them. This world needs more humor and laughter and less nameless negativism and hurtful coments which have no validity and are made from losers who have only the gutless posts on a pageant board to try and make themselves feel better. Is this anyway to set an example for children? Thumper is a straight "A" student, a hard working pageant child who practices to become better, she a good girl, a Christian, and to all she knows,a good friend. Now, I need to make a few remarks about the coach whose reputation has been questioned by these crude and irresponsible statements. Susan has worked hard all her life. She owned and operated her own dance studio since the age of 15. She had been teaching since the age of 13. She began professionally performing as a singer at the age of 18, touring the entire United States, including Alaska. She performed at Disneyland and her stay was extended to 6 months because of the popularity of her show. She was then asked to move to Disneyworld and she had an extended stay there. It was at Disneyworld that she recorded for Disney. One of the songs, "Have a Happy Day" is still being played over and over at the entrance to Disneyworld. She was also asked to be the singer who would introduce the songs of Norman Gimble and Charlie Fox, who among other hits included "Killing Me Softly," as well as many other American classics. Rather than staying with these songwriters, she decided to return to her first love, dancing and choreography. She returned to her dance studio to teach children and choreograph local musicals. In later years, because of her love for children she opened a baby and childrens store. She had a small chain of these stores but because of the demands of her coaching business, she sold down to one. Susan also does original designs and pageant clothing and makes them by hand with the help of several seamstresses. In addition, her hair and make-up business is booming. I have seen Susan work all night long to get her dresses, sports wear, western wear, or whatever out when she promised. During my entire experience with Susan, I have never heard her use an ugly word, even if she stumps her toe or pinches a finger; it is not a part of her to do so. She is kind, caring, loving, and funny. She is not perfect, but, she is certainly always trying to improve her work and help others. Susan is overweight. She weighed 104 pounds when she was a professional singer, but, not now. She can lose weight to look better. I don't feel that the jealous, self-proclaimed censors can do anything to improve their looks. Susan's heart is sincere and in the right place (a place that is for the betterment of her students); those hipocrites hearts who spend their time insulting her, her family, and her students are certainly not coming from the Christian perspective of "Love one another," "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," and "Judge not, lest you also be judged." Now, as for me, I am an older dad. I have worked hard all my life and earned a lot of money. Susan certainly doesn't "have" to work or subject herself to the insults of these few pageant malcontents. I fought in the war in Viet Nam as a captain in the 25th Infantry Division, earning a number a medals. I say this only to point out that I am and always have been a patriotic American. I write plays, give afterdinner speeches, motivational lectures, write articles, and books as well as work as a veterinarian and a veterinary surgeon. I love my wife and my children. I love Thumper with all my heart, I have never used drugs, Susan has never used drugs, and as a matter of fact I have actively supported drug awareness programs and the Christian Farms Alcohol Rehabilitation Center of Central Texas. We are all devout Christians who believe in the eternal salvation of Jesus Christ. I have been a Sunday School teacher for 30 years, an elder, a deacon, a trustee, and a lay minister. I am completely offended by the references to the character of my wife, my child, and me. Now, to the meat of my long dialog, I have enough money to find out the slanderers and libelers. It is not hard to to obtain this information. If the bashing continues, I promise you that I will use ALL the money necessary to BRING SUIT against those RESPONSIBLE PARTIES. I already know one of you for certain. I do not like this type of action, but lies from malcontents must stop. If you were offened by the routine, then so be it. In the history of the world I don't think that it will be noticed. If you found it funny, then may God bless you non-judgemental hearts. I do hope this bashing stops immediately, if not then I will take action to have it dealt with in an appropriate legal manner.

  Whoever has started this Cinderella bashing has to be a very sore loser. My daughter has been in Cinderella for 4 years and I will say we have always done well, but thats not what it's about. It's about making new friends and seeing old friends and she and I having a great time together. She has friends from all over Texas and the World, real friends not the kind that will stab you in the back first chance they get. We do a few gliz pageants and what we have seen is people at those kinds of pageants are so nice till your child wins then they turn on you like a pack of wolfs. You never see that in Cinderella, But to be a Cindy Girl it takes class. I must say that not every one can compete in Cinderella. We are about natural beauty in and out. I just can't understand people that are so unhappy and have nothing else to do but bash a great program.

  Don't be conned into these things. There are alternatives. Everyone that isn't in a clique, (there are many of them) needs to try and understand that no matter what you do to your child, no matter what you buy, no matter how perfect he or she looks, no matter who does the hair and makeup, how dark or light the skin color, no matter what race, no matter who did the pictures, dress, and so on, your child CAN'T win even if they are a total package (that doesn't exist anymore), if the contest or pageant in which you entered is fixed before you even submit. Especially if your child is on the "List to pass over." Yes, such a list is real. The list crosses state and country lines. Many people have tried to warn pageant moms what is going on and even the so called big name Mom's still won't listen or believe. When it's too late, they wake up and say,"What have I done?" People are laughing at those of you who don't know better. How do you think these people afford to do pageants and contests every weekend? With your money. Stop blaming the "boys" and start using your mind. Don't let the posts that say "Let it go, Move on, Sore Loser and other bashes to you scare you away. Many are with you and don't want you to be afraid. Stop using PAYPAL. It's dangerous. Type this link into your browser and go read.   We entered a photo contest that stated it was going to award supreme and age division queens. The website did not ever show the photos posted, so you never knew who or how many had entered. The "winner" was annouced yesterday, as the Grand Supreme. No other "winners" were announced. I emailed the director asking when the other "winners" would be annouced. She politely stated that since there were not very many entries that only a supreme would be crowned. My questions to you guys, is this fair? -- Newbie, 22:31:16 07/10/02 Wed
  No where on the website does it say that only a Supreme will be awarded if there aren't enough entries. It simply states the they will award Supreme and Age division Queens. This contest was in the $25.00 - $50.00 range to enter. It was a complete waste of money. I don't want to name the contest and start a bash fest, I just would like to hear some opinions on this. Am I off base here?

  I have had it with the constant bashing of pageant camp on all these boards. You women need to grow up and get a life. Better yet, get a job. Is this all you have to do is sit around and wait for (or better yet, create) an opportunity to bash Rhonda/D&P/or pageant camp? If you didn't like it last year, don't go back....read it again now......DON'T GO BACK. No one wants you there. Don't constantly put the thing down. Yes, it had some problems. It was also her first year. There were many more positives then negatives. And the kids had a good time. yes it ran late but so do a lot of pageants. At least there was some what of a production made with crowning. It was nice having Mr. Tim there. Made the atmoshere fun and exciting. Let everyone choose for themselves. Stop the constant bad mouthing. Everyone in the pageant world has read (more than once) your opinion of pageant camp and Rhonda and frankly, we are tired of it!

But I can not give details because I would have to say something negative about the other child, and the director of the pageant-- and then it would be bashing. They then have to break the tie based on what their opinion of the contestants were not base breaking a tie simply because one child won several other events during the same weekend, so in the event of a tie just give it to someone else because you think they have already won enough.   That’s right, I’m the Mystery Basher and ya’ll better watch out cause I’m MAD! That darn woman next door just let her dog poop in my petunia bed again. Boy, is that woman gonna get it if I ever get the nerve to go talk to her.
  
  Plus, Jerry Springer’s over, my soaps haven’t come on yet, I been PMSing for the last 7 years, I ripped out my favorite pair of stretch pants so I have to go get some new ones and the stupid Kmart’s gone bankrupt. So now I gotta go down to Wal Mart and they don’t have my favorite Jacklin Smith collection so I’m gonna have to buy something that’s not even DESIGNER, can you believe it?
  
  I tell ya, I’m ticked off! I went down to the 7-11 this morning to get me some RC Cola to go with my pork rinds, and that furriner behind the counter gave me a funny look, you’d think he never saw anyone in big pink hair rollers before! I think he’s some kinda terrorist or somethin, I’m gonna email the FBI (anonymously of course, I wouldn’t want anyone I know to think I’m some kinda troublemaker) and tell them they oughtta keep an eye on THAT guy for sure! Or maybe I’ll call my lawyer and sue him. He was talking in one of those funny languages, and I’m SURE he was talking bad about me. I should sue him for slander, don’t you think? I mean, never mind that he was on the phone, he HAD to be talking about me.
  
  And another thing, I’m not even gonna get to go to a pageant this weekend cause my husband says he needs the money for rent and stuff. That’s so unfair, even though those lousy pageant directors cheat and lie and talk about people behind their backs and they make thousands on those pageants somehow, like that one last weekend. So what if they only had about 15 people and the entry fee was only $59.95, but they’re making money hand over fist, you better believe it. Don’t ask me how, I was never very good at math, but I KNOW thay’re making tons of money from us poor pageant moms.
  
  So what if I spent a couple thousand on a dress and a couple thousand more on a coach and new headshots for my daughter? That’s IMPORTANT stuff, she’s only gonna be 2 years old once you know, and our shelves still have an empty spot of two we could fit a crown into. I NEED my pageants, I mean, SHE needs her pageants cause she’ll grow up twisted and unhappy unless she gets that positive affirmation from a bunch of strangers (that’s what they were talking about on Oprah yesterday, so it must be important) cause if she feels rejected by that prissy buncha girls on the cheerleading squad then she’ll feel rejected her whole life and won’t ever get over it! Ummm… I mean, that COULD happen to her if I don’t have her in a pageant every weekend now, it’s not like I was talking about ME or anything, of course not! I’m mad that you would think so!
  
  That’s another thing for me to be ticked off about, so watch out! I have a lot of bitterness and hostility to let out and I need an outlet! (I saw that on Jenny Jones last week, you know, so it must be important to have an outlet.)
  
  So ya’ll just sit back and watch, I’m cooking up a whole NEW batch of lies to tell about somebody so I can vent, I just haven’t decided who to tell them about yet! Make sure you don’t get your little ole self onto my bad side, or I’ll just have to tell all them lies about you, like how you kick your dog, and how you tore that tag off your mattress and how you are a chronic overeater (it MUST be true, I saw you have a Twinkie at a pageant once!) and how you hogged all the Freeze-It at the last pageant!
  
  So be careful I don’t decide to take all this out on you! Now, I have to get over to Wal Mart and get a new outfit for church tonight. The preacher is having a Bible study about being hypocritical and two-faced and all, and I can’t wait to see the looks on those people’s faces when he gets started. SOME of those folks over there really need a good talking to about that you know!

These two numbers both start with AC8 then 4 misc. digits, then B, then ipt.aol.com then 172/13 then misc till the end. That is 10 numbers that are identical plus the fact that not all aol users get the ipt in front of their aol.com. Furthermore, it is well known that even though the later numbers in your ip may rotate your first numbers are always remarkably the same so the most important numbers used for identification here are the "AC8" and the "172/13" which are all identical.               • In any given region with any specific AOL dial up number there are only a certain range of ips available. When you sign on to aol you get one of those numbers but someone who does not use the same dial up location for aol would not have access to those same numbers. When you dial up again you get another number in the same range. The numbers identify the local dial up server for aol. No pageant system that competed on the stage at either the 2001 or 2002 Expo crowned anywhere EXCEPT onstage. No actual pageants crowned at their booths. SEVERAL systems had photo and/or portfolio contests at their booths, and of course, they awarded their prizes, including crowns, at the booths. So POSSIBLY there is the mix-up and why that particular rumor keeps surfacing. Bottom line, if you hold a pageant at the Expo, you crown onstage. Period.   I have been reading what some people/person has been posting about Ms. Rhonda of Diamonds &
  Pearls and I want to post what I feel. First of all, we have only been doing pageants for a little
  over a year. We have done several prelims and a couple of states and nationals. We have always
  been very pleased with Diamonds and Pearls on every level. No matter where my child has placed
  (and she has placed everywhere from future queen to an Overall) we have always been happy.
  The quality of the prizes and crowns have always been very great to the entry fees. Ms Rhonda
  has never pressured us to spend more or enter more than what we had planned on entering. My
  daughter has always been very happy with her prizes and we have never been to a pageant (with
  Diamonds & Pearls or any other) that she hasn’t been able to meet new friends. I have read what
  people have been saying and happened to be at a pageant cookout this weekend where Ms
  Rhonda and her daughter were attending. I asked her there if she was aware of what was being
  said about her. She said yes, she had been told by others. I asked her why didn’t she defend
  herself and her answer to me was that it was pointless to do so. She said that used to when
  someone was saying something about her or her system, she used to take it to heart and try to
  post in defense, but some people are just mean and it does no good. She said that it takes too
  much time to try to do it and she is too busy working on her pageant system. Reading more on
  these boards, I see that she is right. I have seen her accused of posting things when she was at the
  very function I was at. That to me is proof that there are those who will just say things either
  lying or assuming something they don’t know. Further, I look on her track record. At her
  pageants, she has always given what she says she will give and there is never any pro-rating in her
  pageants. Her entry fees have always been very reasonable and as a business person myself (not
  pageant-related) I cannot see that she ever makes a profit. Also in her track record I have never
  heard her say anything bad about another parent, contestant or pageant system. And I have asked
  her opinion about other systems and she always says you have to try it for yourself because not
  every system is for everyone, so you need to experience it for yourself and make up your own
  mind. Also, I have seen her accused by people (or a person) of bashing on the boards. I have
  never seen anyone post any proof of this ever being true. I know that Ms Rhonda posted about
  someone that was bashing her and others and I thought it was great. She did not do it
  anonymously, rather she posted her proof and signed her name. Now I am not saying that she is
  perfect or anything, because I know that we are all only human. But I do not believe what I have
  read because no one has ever posted any evidence. I believe that if anyone had certain proof, it
  would have already been posted. Although we have always had positive experiences in pageants,
  these boards bring about very scary people. I can only encourage posters to stop the drama. It is
  like some are not happy unless they are causing trouble. Please people, we are in pageants for our
  children, they would not be pleased if they knew their parents were carrying on in such a manner.

            • Actually if it's that close it could easily be the ISP. It is not abnormal to connect to an ISP at a greater distance than that - even 100 or more miles in a rural area. Plus it is perfectly common for a person to have a different ISP at a different location on a different computer as you cannot necessarily access the same ISP at another location.   Hi everyone -- Mrs Niski- Southern Dream & My Little Princess Director, 09:42:22 06/15/02 Sat
  I have recently been made aware of this board and I want to clarify a few things that have been said on below posts.
  I will host a pageant on June 29th in Livington. As clearly stated in the paper work, this pageant is a toned down pageant. You may wear a pageant dress, sunday dress or a frilly dress. The dress will not be judged, only the child and how her personality and inner beauty shines through.
  Also stated, makeup and pageant hair can be worn- but on the toned down level- there will be no stage lights in the room and the children will be close to the judges table. I have in forms IF you wear make up, please take in consideration of the lighting in the room and apply tone downed. This will be a fun pageant and we are going to have a blast.
  Also another rumor was brought to my attention that said somewhere that pageant was cancelled- this is NOT true the pageant is a GO!! It will be held as scheduled and we are going to have a blast!!!!
  Also to the person writting negative things about me... of course this is a free country and you can do what ever you like to do...wether you are a director, a parent or just anyone else ... if you have a problem with me then why dont you email me or call me usually if I have a problem with a person I face it head on and I dont hide behind a computer or someone else. If saying negative things about someone makes you feel bigger...then so be it!!! Usually when you are talking about me..you are letting someone else rest!!!
  I started my pageant system for the children and making them happy, and I pride myself in providing the children a fair and honest system where they can win some nice prizes, make new friends and just have a good time.I make sure that each contestant receives their score sheets right after crowning and the master score sheet is always available right after crowning.
  I will continue to host pageants for the children and I will certainly enjoy meeting each and everyone of you in the future.
  Oh yes, someone said that I was headed for trouble, if having a fun filled pageant is trouble that's cool with me LOL

  The trophies and keep sake photos were not given out because management awards lost her box at pageant camp and promised to do her order again and have them by Friday.
  I was at the pageant and it stated he or she had to have 20 to give the bonds. I counted 17 and most were in the 3 year group. I would get my story straight before I bash the director or any of the winners. I got bashed last week for the same thing because I didn't give any baners. I gave what was on my paper work and If I didn't have it I made sure it was mailed. I am a new director as well and I am so sick of you bashing for every little thing. It was a prelim pageant.

  The trophies and keep sake photos were not given out because management awards lost her box at pageant camp and promised to do her order again and have them by Friday.
  I was at the pageant and it stated he or she had to have 20 to give the bonds. I counted 17 and most were in the 3 year group.
