I would like to know if a employer has to give notice to work overtime. my normal hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
i usually work 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. my boss has the habbit of telling us to work overtime at 3:00 pm. can he do that? and then he gets mad if we ask him what time we are getting off.
