 It's really simple Elizabeth, it's simply plain low or no fat yogurt mixed with honey. I don't have exact measurements for you...I just eyeball it. The yogurt is a natural exfoliant & the honey is a natural antibacterial. Leave the mixture on for 5-8 minutes (doing your best to keep your baby from licking it off during the waiting period), then rinse. You can also apply a very warm moist towel to the really afflicted areas during or after rinsing which seems to help bring them to the surface as well. Follow up with your almond oil (or you can use olive or organic coconut oil).

Now, keep in mind that sometimes this formula make things worse before they get better as it brings all the gunkies up to the surface. Don't fret, just keep at it. If the areas are really bad, repeat this process 2x/week until you see improvement. It's not an overnite fix, but it really works.
