if the 'help (less)' phone line proves worthless,look up the corprorate offices number and have a go at them...

and cathy's right...its up to them to prove the tapes were sent out...not up to u to prove they wernt delivered.

there's usually a waiting period companies have before they send out replacements or offer a refund too.
