You know that's what I like about this forum: whenever I have a crisis (as I *frequently seem to*), there's always Len to provide free legal advice on how to whip the offender's ass into shape, and Cat on hand for the emotional support. ;0)
Well I'm going to ring the company's (pretty unhelpful) helpline number again, and if that doesn't work then I'll get *my dad* to ring because he's got the LOUDEST voice of pretty much anyone I know...
